About Logged Out Wellness

Helping people navigate work and life with greater intention, resilience, and humanity.

Welcome to Logged Out Wellness.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re looking for something more than another list of productivity tips or quick fixes. Maybe you’re navigating change, supporting others, feeling stretched too thin, or simply searching for a more intentional way to approach work and life.

You’re in the right place.

I’m Carlee, an educator, speaker, and learning designer with a passion for creating learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and deeply human. My workshops explore topics like boundaries, communication, leadership, resilience, self-care, and navigating change through conversations grounded in research, curiosity, and real-life experience.

Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more information. They need the opportunity to pause long enough to reconnect with what matters most. They need the space to reflect, ask better questions, and recognize that even during life’s most challenging moments, they still have choices about how they move forward.

As my work evolved, I realized there was a common thread running through every workshop I created. Whether we were talking about burnout, communication, boundaries, leadership, or change, the goal was never simply to teach new information. It was to help people step out of autopilot and become more intentional about how they wanted to show up for themselves and for others.

That’s where the name Logged Out Wellness came from.

People often assume it’s about technology, but for me, it means something much deeper.

We live in a world that constantly asks us to stay connected: to our devices, our calendars, our responsibilities, and the expectations of others. It’s easy to move through our days on autopilot, reacting instead of reflecting and surviving instead of intentionally living.

Logged Out Wellness is an invitation to pause.

To log out of the habits, pressures, assumptions, and expectations that no longer serve us.

To log out of perfectionism.

To log out of carrying responsibilities that don’t belong to us.

To log out of the belief that our worth is measured by how much we accomplish.

And in doing so, reconnect with what matters most.

It’s the pause before reacting.

The choice to protect your energy.

The courage to set a boundary.

The willingness to recover after a difficult conversation.

The reminder that while we can’t always choose our circumstances, we can choose how we respond to them.

That’s what Logged Out Wellness represents.

Not escaping life.

Being more present for it.

I don’t believe meaningful learning comes from telling people who they should become. I believe it comes from helping people recognize the strengths, values, and choices they already have and giving them the confidence to use them with greater intention.

Whether I’m speaking to a conference audience, facilitating a workplace workshop, or developing new learning resources, my goal is always the same: to create a space where people feel respected, encouraged, and inspired to think differently about the challenges they face.

If you leave one of my workshops feeling more hopeful, more capable, and more connected to yourself and those around you than when you arrived, then we’ve accomplished something meaningful together.

Thank you for being here. I hope Logged Out Wellness becomes a place you’ll return to whenever you need a moment to pause, reflect, and remember that even in difficult seasons, you still have choices about how you move forward.

I’m so glad you’re here.
